How can I apply for a role?

Find the roles you’re interested in on our vacancies page. Once you’ve selected the roles you want to apply for, follow the instructions on the page and upload your application.

What if I don’t have internet access?

If you don’t have access to a computer or the internet, you can search for vacancies online at a local library. You can also ask a member of staff if a role is advertised in our stores.

Where are your jobs advertised?

The best place to search for opportunities is our vacancies page. We’ve made it as easy as we can for you to apply online for vacancies. We also advertise roles in our stores, on social media, and on various online job boards.

Follow us on LinkedIn as we also post current vacancies on these platforms.

What can I do to help my application?

To ensure you have as strong an application as possible and to give you the best chance of being considered for the role you’ve applied for, make sure you read the job advert carefully and if you have the relevant skills/experience, make sure it’s reflected in your CV.

How long does it take to hear back after applying?

After submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your application will be considered following the closing date. If you are successful, you will be invited for an interview, however, the length of this process is dependent on the job you have applied for and timings will vary.

How do I keep up to date with new opportunities?

You can follow us on social media and regularly check for roles on the vacancies page is probably the best way for regular vacancy updates.

How will you communicate with me?

We will be in touch with you via email so please make sure you have an email address.

If you don’t have an email address they’re quite easy to set up. Free email accounts can be set up through providers such as yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail. Just log onto their websites and follow the instructions. Setting up an email account with one of these web-based providers means you’ll be able to access your email using any computer with internet access.

Will you let me know if I get invited to an interview?

Yes, we will send an email with the proposed interview dates. We aim to offer a selection of interview slots so you can pick the most suitable date/time.

Will I get feedback from my interview?

Yes, you will receive brief feedback by email from your interview and whether you have been successful and have progressed to the next stage.
