Warehousing & Logistics

The core function of the team in our warehouse is to pick and pack orders for customers from across the world, which have been taken over the internet, phone, or other contact channels. Our warehouse and logistics team work really hard to ensure that our customers receive their products on time, in perfect condition, and with a delivery service that they would expect.

They are also responsible for a wide range of tasks including booking in products we receive from our suppliers to processing customer returns. Our warehouse and logistics teams ensure that the expectations from customers are fulfilled on every step of their order.

Production

Our Production team are focused on manufacturing some of our core products such as our gold precious metal bullion range, wedding ring blanks, stampings, atomised powder, and much more. In addition, they also work on creating bespoke and custom-made orders from our customers.

The production team is home to a wide range of specialties including precious metal production, maintenance, scrap metal refiners, and laboratory technicians.

Stores

We have two stores right in the heart of the key jewellery making areas in the UK, Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and London’s Hatton Garden. Our in-store teams are focused on providing outstanding customer service from processing orders to offering expert advice and demonstrations of the products we sell.

In addition, we have a dedicated team in both our stores who handle our precious metal scrap for recycling, offering advice and processing any scrap metal as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service teams are focused on providing excellent customer experiences over the phone, by email, via web chat, and even on social media.

They provide information about our jewellery making products and services, take orders, respond to customer questions or issues, process returns, and much more. We pride ourselves on offering truly first-class customer service through excellent communication and a willingness to help.

Marketing

Our Marketing team are responsible for the promotion of our jewellery making products and services. We aim to use multiple marketing channels, like email, print adverts, in-store posters, banners on our website, or, social media posts, to launch hundreds of new products, promote key brands and inspire customers by bringing our products and services to life.

The marketing team is home to a wide range of specialties including all areas of e-commerce, content creation, digital and direct marketing, advertising, and social media. This lively and creative department is where enthusiastic and imaginative people thrive.

Product Management

Our Product Management team are key to our business as they are responsible for sourcing and managing our products. They offer our customers an unrivalled range of precious metals, jewellery tools, chains, findings and much more.

Every product is carefully reviewed by the Product Management team to ensure we deliver the quality our customers expect. They also analyse the life cycle of all our products, ensuring the products we sell continue to meet the needs of our jewellery making audience.

Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team works really closely with our product managers to meet the customer sales demand for our products and make sure they’re in stock.

They follow the life cycle of all our products, continually analysing when new stock needs to be ordered to keep our product range up to date. Working in this department means you need to have excellent data drive and management skills.

Finance

Our Finance team plays a central role in supporting the business through budgeting and providing information and insight into all areas of the business to help improve performance.

The Finance department also provides an amazing service to our colleagues, customers, and suppliers, while ensuring that the highest standards of financial control and compliance are maintained. Alongside those who manage our finances and accounts, we also have a dedicated team who manage our precious metal purchasing and selling.

Human Resources

We work hard to ensure that every member of staff feels part of the company and our Human Resources team plays a huge part in that role.

We take responsibility for the administration of all data for the entire employee life cycle. This includes managing our online vacancies, all new starter introductions, contract changes, support employee development and training opportunities, absences and leaver documentation, company processes, and much more.

IT and Web Development

Our in-house IT and Web Development team are passionate and proud to develop and support our IT systems and manage a website that showcases our company online.

The IT department is our first line of support. They deal with developing and managing our complex IT system and providing technical support to all areas of the business.

Our web development team focuses on maintaining and improving our website, to make shopping online easy and enjoyable for our customers.

I love being able to have a say in what products we sell to our customers! Being a product manager, I also work really closely with a number of different departments in the company like customer services, supply chain, finance and marketing teams so a great opportunity to work with people. Another plus is I get to work with suppliers all over the UK and the world!
