Employees start on 24 days holiday per year PLUS bank holidays. Rising to 25 after a year’s service and 26 after 2 years of service.
We believe family is important. To support you, we offer enhanced maternity and paternity pay, paid time to attend antenatal appointments, up to 5 days of fertility leave for those undergoing IVF, and an extra day’s holiday when your little one attends primary school for the first time.

Dealing with the loss of a family member is extremely difficult, the last thing anyone needs is to have to worry about finances. If you’re in the company pension scheme we provide your loved one(s) with a lump sum equivalent to 6 times your basic salary.
Planning for the future is important, that’s why we offer an excellent defined contribution pension scheme with employee contributions matched up to 8%. After 5 years’ service, we increase this further by contributing 1.5% for every 1% you put in (up to a maximum of 12% company contributions)
